Banana & Almond Butter Toast

Banana & Almond Toast is yummy and delicious. Banana is full protein and this toast helps in fat burning. Everyone wants to lose the weight but without dieting. Ingredients used:

  • 4 bread slices, lightly toasted
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced
  • 4 teaspoon almond butter
  • 4 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • a few almonds, chopped
  • a sprinkle of fleur de sel (French finest sea salt) (optional)

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of almond butter spread on every one of the toasted bread sliced.
  2. Layer the banana cuts to finish everything.
  3. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar each and chopped almonds on the top.
  4. Season with a little squeeze of fleur de sel on top in case your almond butter isn’t salted.
