Ingredients used:

  • One small Banana
  • 1/2 cup Spinach, chunks
  • One cup Pineapple, chunks
  • One cup Mango, chunks
  • 1/2 kale
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Procedure: Get all the ingredients together, banana, spinach pineapple, mango , kale ad cup of water. Blend all ingredients in a mixer and grind until it forms a smoothie.
